- Prices: Are in USD; based on current product costs and subject to change without notice. Errors are subject to correction.
- Payment:
- Credit Card: MC, VISA, Amex
- ROI: Payment postmark date same as product / invoice receipt, else +1 ½%. (Granted to purchasers with proven payment history.)
- Open Credit: Net 30 days to payment postmark; late @ +1 ½% per month from invoice date. Requires approved credit application.
- (Note: Open Credit constitutes an unsecured loan. Therefore, all past due accounts are subject to ROI, CC or Cash-in-Advance plus past due amounts prior to shipping additional product.)
- Sample Orders: There is a $25.00 per Diameter charge for all custom samples. This will be credited toward the first order of that particular item. Any additional samples using the same diameter but requiring a change in length or wall thickness will be run at a charge of $10.00.
- Special Orders: All tubes/cores are considered a “special order” and are not returnable, except for the “TU” series. Orders require approved credit terms, Credit Card information or a 50% down-payment prior to entering order. Corporations require a Purchase Order.
- Order Charge: Add $9.00 USD per Release/Shipment (No order charge for orders in excess of $200 USD)
- Export Charge: Add $20.00 USD per Release/Shipment
- Exact Quantity: All orders which Require an exact quantity will incur a $25.00 charge. Standard run quantity is +/ - 10%.
- Rush Orders: Subject to a 10% of order amount surcharge, $25.00 minimum.
- Protected / Blind Shipments: All orders shipping to a third party without Nagel Paper logo printed on paperwork or packaging will incur a $25.00 charge.
- Returns: RMA required, freight prepaid, full cases/units only, subject to inspection for resale and subject to a restocking fee:
up to 7 Days, 5%; 8-30 Days, 15%; 30-90 Days, 25%; > 90 Days, No Return.
- Printing Charges:
- One (1) Color In-Line
- $200.00 One time printing plate charge from suitable customer supplied electronic artwork
- $100.00 Printing charge per order
- $15.00 ink charge per diameter per order
- Multi-color and/or Off-Line:
- Artwork, layout and printing charges apply
- Shipping:
- FOB: Source (Saginaw, MI 48601-5572 USA) Unless otherwise stated.
- Freight: Collect, Pre-pay & Add, or 3rd Party
- Stock Products: Day of order to two (2) weeks after receipt of order.
- Special Order Items: One (1) to four (4) weeks after receipt of: order, tooling, off-line printed wrap or down-payment, whichever is later.
- Delivery Charge(s): All orders delivered by Nagel Paper transportation are subject to a delivery charge of $8.75 per linear foot at approximately 44” width. There is a minimum charge of $35.00. Orders over $500.00 in our delivery area are not subject to a
delivery charge.
- Quotation Expiration: Thirty days after issuance.
- Purchase Order: The Terms and Conditions on this quote supersede any and all terms and conditions on a customer issued Purchase Order. Purchase Orders that claim Terms and Conditions that supersede all other documents are hereby invalid.
- Warrants: Nagel Paper disclaims any express or implied warranties including any implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose or merchantability. Nagel Paper’s warranty will be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective parts. Nagel Paper will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and, in no event, shall Nagel Paper’s liability exceed the contract price less Nagel Paper’s cost of commitments and production for the subject parts. Nagel Paper will exercise its best efforts to obtain all materials necessary to produce the proposed goods. Nagel Paper will not be responsible for any production or delivery delays, which result from the delayed or failed performance of any purveyors or providers of goods or services.
- Acknowledgement: Please sign and return this document with your first order stating that you understand and accept the above terms and conditions. No initial orders will be processed without a signed copy of this document on file. Standard shipping time from receipt of this document or subsequent orders is approximately two weeks. If your order is needed before the standard two week production period please contact our office to discuss, an additional charge may apply. This document is subject to annual updates and reviews.
